Terms and Policies

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required if you need to cancel your appointment. 

For private clients:

A $120 cancellation fee applies should you fail to provide more than 48 hours notice. 

For NDIS participants:

A 100% cancellation fee on late cancellations (48 hours) and no shows, as per NDIS guidelines. This allows time to replace the session, as well as to respect the therapists time.

Consent from both parents is required, excluding exceptional circumstances. This is determined from a legal and ethical basis assessed individually. Court orders and/or any legal documentation may be requested.  Exceptions are made case-by-case and assessed in both a legal and ethical framework.

Beyond the Surface Psychology does not offer reports or letters for courts, recommendations for custody arrangements, or court appearances.
